At Allpoint Shop, a brand name owned and operated by Sultani Domestic & Foreign Trade LLC, we operate as a premier global marketplace hub. To maintain our operational integrity and ensure a fair environment for our vetted vendors and international customers, the following legally binding terms apply to all transactions.

1.  14-Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery to initiate a return request. Due to international logistics protocols, requests submitted after this 14-day period will be strictly rejected.

2. Mandatory Documentation & Evidence

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure quality control, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Before an RMA is issued, the customer must provide:

• High-Resolution Photos: At least four (4) clear angles of the product.

• Packaging Evidence: Clear photos of the original packaging and the shipping label (showing the tracking number).

• Written Statement: A detailed explanation regarding the reason for the return.

• Note: Our inspection team will review the evidence within 48-72 hours before authorizing a return.

3. Restocking Fees & Deductions

For all non-defective returns (buyer’s remorse, change of mind, size issues), a restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover logistics and processing overhead:

• Electronics & Gadgets (Phones, Tablets, Tech Accessories): 20% Restocking Fee.

• Apparel & Fashion Items: 15% Restocking Fee.

• Lifestyle & Home Goods: 15% Restocking Fee.

• Note: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

The customer is strictly responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.

• International Duties: The customer must cover all return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

• Unauthorized Shipments: Packages returned without a valid RMA number or sent “Freight Collect” will be refused and discarded.

• Tracking: We require the use of a trackable shipping service. Sultani Domestic & Foreign Trade LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Order Cancellations & Early Dispatch Rule

• 12-Hour Grace Period: Cancellation requests are generally accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

• Early Dispatch Rule: If an order is processed and a tracking number is generated before the 12-hour window expires, the order is considered “In-Transit” and cannot be canceled. It must follow the standard return process, and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

• Incorrect Address: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, all original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

• Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses a delivery to avoid return shipping fees, the cost of the return logistics and any carrier penalties will be deducted from the final refund.

7. Refund Processing & Banking Protocols

Refunds are only initiated after the returned item is physically received, inspected, and verified at our global logistics hub.

• Inspection Period: 3-5 business days upon arrival.

• Processing Timeline: Please allow 15-21 business days for the refund to be processed.

• Banking Delays: Due to international payment gateway protocols, it may take up to 30 business days for funds to reflect on your bank statement. We do not issue advance refunds for items still in transit.

8. Product Disclaimers (Color & Measurement)

• Visual Variations: Minor color discrepancies due to screen settings, digital photography, or studio lighting are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Sizing: Slight measurement tolerances in apparel are standard in global manufacturing and are subject to the standard return policy and restocking fees.

9. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Allpoint Shop, the customer agrees to contact our support team to resolve any issues before filing a bank chargeback. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as a breach of contract by Sultani Domestic & Foreign Trade LLC and reported to financial institutions with evidence of this policy and the customer’s agreement.

10. How to Initiate a Return
