Heavy or oversized items require specialized handling. Because global carriers charge the same for a 10kg box as they do for a large 2kg box that takes up the same space, we have unified these rates for simplicity.

International shipping is billed based on Chargeable Weight. If an item is lightweight but occupies a large volume (like a cat litter box), the carrier calculates its weight as:
International carriers use Volumetric Weight when a package is large but lightweight.
Example: A 1kg cat litter box in a 50x40x30 cm box results in 12kg volumetric weight. In this case, shipping is billed for 12kg.
Example: If you buy a product that weighs only 1 kg but comes in a large box 50x40x30 cm, its volumetric weight is 12 kg.
In this case, the carrier charges for 12 kg, not 1 kg. This is why these products are categorized as Bulky Items.
To save you money, if you purchase multiple items (e.g., a standard kit and a bulky item), our system only charges you the single highest shipping rate in your cart. We never “stack” multiple shipping fees.
Sultani Domestic & Foreign Trade LLC calculates and collects only the transportation (shipping) costs at the time of checkout.
Customer Responsibility: We are strictly not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional administrative fees imposed by the destination country’s government or local customs authorities.
Local Regulations: All fees incurred during or after the item enters the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. * Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to our hub because the customer refuses to pay local customs or import taxes, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping fees and the return logistics costs. These amounts will be deducted from any potential refund as per our Refund Policy.
Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Accuracy: You have 12 hours to report address errors to info@allpointshop.com. Once a tracking number is generated, the destination cannot be modified.
Liability: Sultani Domestic & Foreign Trade LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged by the carrier. We will assist you in providing documentation for carrier claims.
